This is a two-row type barley often used as 'mash' for home brew beer. It can also be popped like popcorn and eaten. Grows up to 1m tall producing disease resistant 100mm heads.

These seeds are grown in chemical-free food gardens and rarely found on supermarket shelves. They are all open pollinated.
