Unless an items specifies, delivery charges will apply.

Orders are sent via Australia Post and are trackable at most locations around Australia using the unique number emailed to you when your order is despatched.

Delivery costs are:
Western Australia $9.95 (except postcodes 6302, 6401, 6562, 6564, 6566 which are $5.50)

Rest of Australia $12.00 (orders over 5kg may incur an additional charge, if this is the case we will contact you)

FREE shipping on orders $100+

if they are under 5kg and not over-sized. If this is the case we will contact you to confirm shipping charges.

Orders are posted within 2 business days, you will be contacted in the event of a delay. Estimated Australia Post delivery times are 1-3 business days to Perth metro; 1-4 bus days rest of WA; 4-8 business days other locations.

PayPal (either with your PayPal account or as a guest with your regular credit card)

Direct Deposit (bank details will appear in checkout and also be emailed to you)

Other (we also accept cheque and money order, please note items will not be shipped until payment has cleared)

RETURNS
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please contact us immediately. If you feel a product is unsuitable it can be returned in its original state UNOPENED and UNUSED within 14 days. You must contact us first to arrange returns. Return postage (both ways) is at the buyer’s cost, unless the item was faulty or damaged.
